The Piedmont Arts Guild is a Community Partner of Piedmont Arts. Its purpose is to encourage and develop awareness and appreciation of the arts and to promote the arts and Piedmont Arts programs among the citizens of Martinsville and Henry County.

Some of the activities of the Guild are:

• Regular monthly meetings that include a catered luncheon for members and guests, a brief business meeting and programs about visual arts, music and performances to delight and inform.
   
• Providing volunteers to serve on the hostess desk at Piedmont Arts
   
• Serving on a variety of committees including:

  • Projects
  • Nominating
  • Floral
  • Courtesy
  • Membership
  • Gallery Hostess
  • Hospitality
  • Mailing

Guild meetings are usually held at Piedmont Arts on the fourth Thursday of each month beginning with lunch at 11:45 am. Guild Members must be members of Piedmont Arts. Guild dues are $10 annually.
