Create a colorful fairy at this beginner-friendly needle felting class from 2:30-4:30 p.m, Friday, July 11 at Piedmont Arts.
Instructor Belle Thomas will guide students through the process of felting wool and adding details to bring their fairy to life. No previous experience is needed, just a love for creativity! By the end of the class, you will have a lovely fairy for decoration or to give as a special gift. All supplies are included.

Paint your pet at this fun class with instructor Sarah Hawkins from 10 a.m.-12 p.m., Saturday, July 12 at Piedmont Arts.
All supplies, including a canvas with an outline sketch of your pet will be provided. Participants must email a picture of their pet to Education Coordinator Jennifer Gravely at jgravely@piedmontarts.org by Monday, July 7.

Instructor Belle Thomas will guide students through the process of needle felting, making it easy and enjoyable. Choose from three designs (mushrooms, butterflies or flowers) or create your own. No previous experience is needed, just a love for creativity! By the end of the class, you will have your very own decorated item to take home.
All needle felting supplies are included. Students should bring their own scarf, shirt or tote bag. Please make sure the material of your item is thin enough for a needle to easily poke through (linen, cotton, blends of wool, etc). Extra scarves and tote bags will be available in case you don't have one.

Learn Bob Ross’ famous painting technique with certified instructor Naomi Hodge-Muse. Classes meet from 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month. Students should bring a roll of paper towels. All other supplies will be provided.
