Learn Bob Ross’ famous painting technique with certified instructor Naomi Hodge-Muse. Classes meet from 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month. Students should bring a roll of paper towels. All other supplies will be provided.

Summer Art Camp for students currently in grades 6-8 will take place July 20-24 from 9:30 a.m.-12 p.m. each day at Piedmont Arts.
Themed “For the Culture!” this camp invites campers to explore art from African, Asian, Indigenous, Hispanic, and Old World European cultures.
The camp is led by instructor Juandalynn Jones-Hunt, the art educator for Henry County Public Schools.
Tickets are $80 for members and $90 for nonmembers. Advanced registration is required. Ticket sales end at noon on the Friday before the class begins.
Enjoy a relaxing yoga session with instructor Ally Snead from 6-7 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month in the Piedmont Arts galleries. Bring your own mat and props for traditional yoga sessions. Chairs will be provided during chair yoga sessions.
Tickets are $10 for members and $15 for nonmembers. Payment should be made to the instructor. Payment options include cash, Venmo, and Cash App.

Experience the magic of natural indigo dyeing with instructor Jennifer Reis at this workshop from 1-4 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 17, at Piedmont Arts.
Participants will learn how to prepare the dye vat; techniques of binding, stitching, clamping, and other pattern-making options; the dye process itself; and final preparation of finished products. Everyone will get four napkins and two tea towels to dye. Additional napkins and tea towels will be available for purchase. Participants are welcome to bring their own white or cream-colored items made of cotton or silk fabric.
