Knitting with Fern + Friends: Session 1

Ages: Adult

Knitting with Fern + Friends: Session 1 is an introductory guided knitting class with instructor Fern Kanode. Experienced knitters may skip Session 1 and begin with Session 2 or 3. Those new to knitting should begin with Session 1. Advanced registration required.

Session 1

• Introduction to knitting (tools and yarn)
• Beginning steps from cast on to bind off and fixing mistakes
• Participants will knit a 4-inch swatch using the knit stitch
• Knitting needles are yarn provided for Session 1
