Studio 107 Rental Opportunities
Studio 107, located at 105 East Church Street in Uptown Martinsville, provides artist studio space with an open floor plan. In addition to providing personal work space, Studio 107 offers opportunities for collaboration with other artists and the community. Artists working in various media, sizes and styles are encouraged to apply.
Available Spaces:
(1) 15' x 22' space — $200/month
(1) 13' x 12.5' space — $110/month
Included in the rent is access to Piedmont Arts’ marketing resources and Studio 107’s programming space. While there is no dedicated retail space at studio 107, artists are allowed to sell work from their spaces and commission new work.
Artists interested in space at Studio 107 should complete a Rental Application and return it to Piedmont Arts.
