Greg Arens lives simply in the woods below Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains. The lush landscape of his home is where much of the inspiration for his work is derived. Most of Greg's work is painted en plain air and he has traveled from Mexico to Montana and from Michigan to Macedonia in search of motifs. His work has been exhibited in at least ten states, as well as Sweden and Macedonia. He has won numerous awards in local art exhibits, including Expressions.
