Piedmont Arts will announce the dancers and coaches participating in next year's Dancing for the Arts. The announcement event will be featured in the Martinsville Bulletin and will air on BTW21 the following week. Check your TV schedule for details. About Dancing for the Arts Tickets On Sale: March 16 • 8 am Join Piedmont Arts for a fabulous fundraiser featuring local celebrities dancing in support of the arts in Martinsville and Henry County. This Dancing with the Stars-style contest features eight teams of local dancers competing to win the highest score and the big prize—a gorgeous mirror ball trophy. Dancing for the Arts will take place live at Martinsville High School Auditorium and will be broadcast live on BTW21 on Saturday, April 16, 2016. Voting for your favorite Stars! Prior to and during the live performance, supporters of the arts are invited to vote for their favorite couple. Each vote raises money to support Piedmont Arts programming in Martinsville-Henry County. Much like Dancing with the Stars, 50% of each team's final score is tallied from votes and 50% is tallied from marks awarded by the judges during the contest. $10 General Admission • $25 VIP Reserved
